What is KickHub, and where can I play?
KickHub runs pickup football games in Bangkok and Bali. You book a spot, turn up and play, with no team or season needed.

Can I come and play alone?
Yes, and most players do: about 9 in 10 bookings are for one person.
- You do not need a group. The organiser puts everyone into teams on arrival.
- Teams are mixed every game, so it is an easy way to meet people.
What skill level are the games?
All levels, from complete beginners to semi-competitive players.
- Teams are balanced on the day, using the level you set in your profile.
- Small-sided games mean plenty of touches for everyone.
- No pressure: people come for the community as much as the football.
How long is a game, and how many players?
Most games are 60 minutes of 7-a-side.
- Bigger sessions run three teams on rotation for 90 minutes.
- Squads are capped, so everyone gets plenty of minutes.
- The start and end time are shown on every game in the app.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and something to play in. Boots or trainers both work on the astroturf.
- Every game includes a match ball, bibs and water. Bangkok games add electrolytes, goalkeeper gloves and music.
- No boots? In Bangkok, rent a pair in the app when you book.
- Be there 10 minutes before kick-off. The time is on your ticket.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Book extra spots in the same game and add your friends' names.
- You pay for every spot in one go.
- Your friends do not need a KickHub account.
- The same cancellation rule applies to every spot.
How much does it cost to play?
A game costs 180 to 300 THB in Bangkok and 172,000 to 200,000 IDR in Bali.
- The price depends on the venue, the day and the time.
- The first spots in each game are the cheapest, so booking early pays.
- No membership. The exact price is shown before you confirm.
How do I book and pay?
Book and pay in the KickHub app, and your spot is confirmed straight away.
- Bangkok: PromptPay, card or your KickHub wallet. Bali: card or wallet.
- Same price whichever way you pay. No cash at the pitch.
- Top up your wallet once to book without paying each time. Bigger top-ups get a bonus.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes, if you cancel at least 12 hours before kick-off (20 hours for a morning game).
- What you paid goes back to your KickHub wallet, and wallet money never expires.
- After the deadline, the spot can no longer be cancelled or refunded. The exact deadline is on your booking.
- Cannot make it after all? Message support about passing your spot to someone else.
What happens if it rains or the game is cancelled?
Rain rarely stops a game. We play through normal rain.
- If we cancel, for heavy rain or too few players, we message you before kick-off.
- What you paid goes back to your KickHub wallet automatically.
The game is full. Can I still join?
Yes. Join the waitlist and you get the first spot that frees up.
- You pay when you join, like a normal booking.
- You get a notification the moment you are in.
- No spot opens? You are refunded to your wallet automatically after the game.
